BEP Property Management provides affordable rental housing in Southeast Houston. We provide clean, affordable housing and take pride in our properties. Our homes are typically 3 bedroom with 1 bathroom. All homes are freshly painted both inside and out. We replace all light fixtures, door knobs, and flooring. Most properties have central air conditioning and a new water heater.
All tenants are carefully screened, including a criminal background check and a credit check. If you would like to submit an application online, click here.
